Time is Subjective

Is time subjective to our perception? For example when people say time flies when your having fun. How is it that we perceive time to be slower or faster when we are in the act of something or just being bored. How do we know if time is actually measured the we see it. WE DONT, and thats just mind boggling. We all agree on time as a factor of induction, so even with our reality being doubted we are also left time being a unknown truth. Overall time is a conceptual and have no relevance to our physical realm.

Interesting! I feel that people rely on time to be constant, yet sometimes we feel as though it slows down or speeds up. In Einstein's special relativity of time dilation,(sorry i'm getting a little scientific/nerdy here), he was able to prove that time CAN change and is relative... or in your sense, subjective to our perceptions. Although it's a theory, to see time slow for some, speed for others, this view brings many imaginative ideas.. for instance time travel... I'm wondering how other things seen to be constant can be doubted.
